Former Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has returned to European football.
The Spaniard has signed for Italian club Fiorentina, after being without a team for the last year.
The 33-year-old, who kickstarted his career at Atlético Madrid where he won the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup, has signed a one-year deal with the option of another.
De Gea left Man United in July 2023 following the expiration of his contract and after 12 seasons which included lifting the Premier League, FA Cup, two League Cups and the Europa League.
