Barcelona have reportedly been able to register new signing Dani Olmo with LaLiga on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old missed the Catalan giants’ first two league games following his transfer from RB Leipzig due to the club’s inability to meet up with the division’s financial rules for player registrations.
The exit of Ilkay Gundogan and Clement Lenglet, allowed Barca to include Olmo in the squad to face Rayo Vallecano on Tuesday.
In addition, Spanish media reported that centre back Andreas Christensen’s long-term absence with an achilles tendon injury, also allowed Barça more financial room.
Olmo played a shining role in Spain’s journey to winning Euro 2024 before completing a €60million move to the Blaugrana.
