Barcelona are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of the start of the Hansi Flick era in the upcoming 2024-25 season.
The Catalan giants have fixed their attention on RB Leipzig and Spain midfielder Dani Olmo, following his impressive performance in Euro 2024.
Olmo finished as joint-top scorer in the European Championship, leading La Roja to their fourth title.
It has now been exclusively revealed by Fabrizio Romano that the highly-sought after midfielder is bent on a move to the Blaugrana, after agreeing a six-year deal.
Olmo is now waiting for the two clubs to reach an agreement.
Hence, Barça have also reportedly sent a proposal to Leipzig worth €55million guaranteed fee, €4million appearances related add-ons and €3million trophies related add-ons.
The German outfit are reportedly yet to make any decision on the future of their talented player.
Barcelona are also in the works for Olmo’s national teammate Nico Williams, with personal terms agreed but a transfer fee with Athletic Club yet to be finalised.
